Delivery of Valves and Accessories

Depending upon which Valve of cast iron radiator accessory you have purchased, we do sometimes send our period valves or accessories using a separate courier rather than adding them to the pallet of your cast iron radiators.

We generally try to get these delivered on the same day as your cast iron radiators, don't panic if your valves arrive without any cast iron radiators - this is perfectly normal - as different levels of insurance are required by couriers who are carrying small high value items such as your beautiful period valves and heavy pallets.
